How to Stay Safe: Be Faithful
When you decide that the time is right for your to have sex, ther are two things that will keep you safe:
Both of you being faithful to each other, and
using condoms
“Zero grazing” — no sexual relationship with anyone outside of your faithful, monogamous relationship
Monogamy — the state of having only one husband, wife, or sexual partner at any one time

Explain the figures:
The drawings of a man and a woman with nothing inside have no HIV.
The drawings of a man and a woman completely filled are HIV+ with a high viral load.
The drawing of a man and woman with stripes show that their viral load has decreased but there is still HIV in their bodies.
